Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fix My Swing mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Fix My Swing is a mobile application that records golf swings on your device, extracts biomechanical measurements, and uses AI to generate coaching feedback. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fix My Swing. This release does not support junior or child accounts.
3. Your account and access
Fix My Swing does not require an account to use the core swing-analysis features. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and sign-in provider account. Subscription entitlements are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
4.1 Pricing
Fix My Swing offers the following paid tiers:
- Monthly: $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial
- Annual: $129.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change, though existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google collects payment and handles all billing according to their terms. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple/Google but do not process payments directly.
4.3 Auto-renewal
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (or Google Play Subscriptions).
4.4 Free trial
New subscribers to the Monthly and Annual plans receive a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription will begin at the end of the trial period.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or subscription enforcement
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its analysis outputs
- Use the Service to record other people without their consent
- Submit requests that contain malicious code, excessive abuse, or harmful content
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
Fix My Swing uses artificial intelligence providers to generate swing analysis and coaching feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:
- Is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or physical therapy
- May contain errors, omissions, or incorrect diagnoses
- Should not be relied upon for injury prevention or treatment
- Is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
If you experience pain, injury, or physical discomfort, consult a qualified medical professional. If you want expert coaching, consult a PGA-certified teaching professional.
7. Intellectual property
All content, code, design, branding, and software in Fix My Swing are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your swing videos, recorded and stored on your device, remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership over user-generated content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix My Swing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any content, advice, or recommendations provided through the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any physical injury resulting from attempting suggestions made by the Service
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple or Google Play. Signed-in users can delete their account in the app from Settings > Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after material changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico.
