Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Fix My Swing. This page explains how refunds work for each of our pricing tiers.

Short version

  • Free tier: Nothing to refund — it's free.
  • Monthly / Annual subscriptions: 7-day free trial. Cancel any time in the trial for zero charge. After that, subscription refunds are handled by Apple / Google Play per their policies.

Free trial period

When you start a Monthly or Annual subscription, you automatically receive a 7-day free trial. During this period:

  • You have full access to all Pro features
  • You will not be charged
  • You can cancel anytime in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (or Google Play Subscriptions)
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
  • If you do not cancel, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial

Subscription refunds (Monthly and Annual)

Subscription payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Per their policies, refund requests for subscription charges are handled directly by the platform, not by us.

How to request a subscription refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Fix My Swing charge and click "Report a Problem"
  4. Select a reason and submit the request

Apple typically responds within 1–3 business days. They may grant or deny the refund at their discretion based on their refund policy.

How to request a subscription refund from Google Play

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. Find Fix My Swing
  3. Click "Request a refund"
  4. Follow the prompts

We cannot process refunds for Apple or Google Play purchases directly — we have no access to the payment systems. If you need assistance contacting Apple or Google, reach out via our contact page and we will help you navigate their process.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraud, chargebacks, or abuse
  • Subscription charges outside Apple or Google Play refund eligibility
  • Users who have violated the Terms of Service

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. Cancelling prevents future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fix My Swing > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Fix My Swing > Cancel

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Then your account reverts to the Free tier.
